    Regular surveys consistently highlight that too few of us consider changing utility supplier or insurance provider losing out on significant cost savings.
    Why are we so reluctant to make the effort to capitalise on these opportunities?
    If we consider this from a business perspective, how much do we rely on customer inertia for repeat business? Where would our businesses be if customers suddenly choose to move to another provider?
    We cannot afford to be complacent and should be making every effort to ensure our customers want to stay with us for all the right reasons.
    Customer loyalty should be earned, it is not a right, your business may very well depend on it.
    So what are you doing to ensure your customers have absolutely no reason to move to another provider?
